How it works:

The 20 x 5 coordinator:

You gather 20 people around you who want to participate in the challenge. 1 person registers your team and becomes the "20 x 5 coordinator". As a 20x5 coordinator, you put together the packages and keep an overview of what is still needed and prevent double purchases. You also arrange the packages and ensure that fresh fruit and/or fresh vegetables are added shortly before delivery. The collected items go in a cardboard box, but this is possibleNaturally can also be a more sustainable storage box or shopping crate that will also be useful to the family afterwards.

Your team of 20:

The 20 participants all buy 5 identical products and/or make a financial contribution for the gifts to be purchased later for each family member. Your team works together to create a package that ultimately contains at least 20 items because some people buy multiple products. By keeping the package without company logos or advertising, you underline the character of selflessly giving something to someone.

The 5 receiving families:

The recipient can be anyone who could use a helping hand. These are people who don't have it easy. Once you have gathered your team of 20 people, you also start looking for recipients of the package. You can find these by using people who work in social work, community care, social organizations, church councils, etc.

Ask the intermediary if he/she is willing to deliver the package for you and also ask about the composition of the family. This way you can buy customized gifts for the family members. You buy something different for a 6-year-old girl than for a 15-year-old boy.

The parcels are therefore distributed anonymously via the contact persons. Ask the contact persons if they can provide feedback on the recipients' responses. It is important to share this with your team so that they hear what your action has achieved.

Yes  we want to join in.
Create your digital shopping card:

We like to make it as easy as possible for you. So we now have next to the paper shopping card. also a digital variant. The coordinator creates the group and sends the link to the participants. Everyone can then submit their participation digitally, so that it is always visible to everyone what can still be given.

We box for each other:

"This year there was no money for something small under the Christmas tree and now there is something for everyone! Also for the mother!"
